The 12 member group left Dayton mid-July for a two week tour of duty at the Atlanta Olympics. Each member would be paired up into five man medical strike teams. During their "on" time, team members were trained in various medical and hazmat topics. This deployment was a significant point in team history as it was the first deployment of OH-5 members.
